D series rotary joint
The D series rotary joint adopts double-end sealing, featuring a relatively complex structure. The rolling bearing reduces the friction torque, while the stainless steel bellows compensator enhances the corrosion resistance of the rotary joint. Additionally, the external spring assembly does not come into contact with the medium, ensuring more reliable sealing.
The outer tube (19) connected to the equipment is the main rotating component. The planar sealing ring (9) is positioned by the locating sleeve (10) and floats between the outer tube and the compensator (8), forming a double-end face sealing friction pair. The spring provides the end face pressure required for sealing at any time. To facilitate observation of the wear and sealing condition of the sealing ring, it is located in the housing (15)
There is an observation hole on it. Please pay attention to regularly lubricate the bearing during high temperatures.
