LN965A Batching Controller
- Introduction
LN965A batching controller is a precise intelligent instrument specially designed to provide automatic control after dosing for packaging machines such as chemical, grain and cement. It is with simple operation, convenient calibration, stable performance, double valves, high accuracy, etc. It has good anti-interference ability and can be reliable and practical in complex and harsh environment.
- Working principle
LN965A controller collects the analog signal output by the sensor, and displays the weight value of the weighed material with LED after the data is integrated and processed by the chip. When the material weight value is displayed, it is compared with the set value after high-speed calculation by the computer program. If the weight value reaches the set value, the controller will output a signal to the control device, thus realizing intelligent actions such as stopping feeding and dropping bags.

- Method of use
Turn on the power supply, preheat for 30 minutes after the signal retrieval is completed, press the "reset" button, start the bag clamping to work, the coarse flow and fine flow indicator lights are on, output the control signal, when the weight reaches the set value, the corresponding coarse flow and fine flow indicator lights are off, stop outputting the control signal, and then the bag pushing indicator light is on, output the bag pushing signal, then complete a work cycle.
