QRSG65 Rotating Joint
The Q series rotary joint adopts a spherical sealing structure, which can automatically adjust the center and compensate for misalignment. It is suitable for equipment with low rotational speed and poor concentricity. Its simple structure, reliable sealing, and no need for lubrication make it one of the most widely used rotary joints.
As shown in the figure, the outer tube 10 can be directly connected to the roller for synchronous rotation, serving as the main rotating part. The spherically machined outer tube, the bottom cover 8, and the sealing ring 6 together form the dynamic sealing friction pair. The sealing ring floats between the outer tube's spherical surface and the bottom cover, but does not contact the housing 2. The oil-free bearing 5 plays a supporting and guiding role between the housing and the outer tube. When the sealing ring wears out, the housing will slowly move away from the shaft head due to the spring and medium pressure, compensating for the normal wear of the sealing ring. Therefore, metal hoses must be used for the rotary joint and pipeline connections, so that the rotary joint can freely move slowly away from the shaft head and maintain its seal.
