TFU|TFL Special Rotary Joint for Tire Vulcanizer
The TFU/TFL type rotary joint dedicated to tire vulcanizers, also known as the flexible joint, is crafted from high-quality copper alloy (ZQAL9-4) or 304 stainless steel. It boasts high strength, simple structure, ease of use, flexible rotation, reliable sealing, and durability.
The rotary joint is divided into two major categories: right-angle type and parallel type, which are respectively suitable for right-angle and parallel rotation of pipelines (or components). Due to the use of a precision spherical structure, it can allow the pipeline to swing at around 45 degrees according to process needs, thus meeting the process connection requirements and assembly accuracy requirements of industrial production for pipelines.
