1. Introduction of the product
Ф80mm, Ф 130mm Caliber Pressure Relief Valve And Directional Oil-Spraying Pressure Relief Valve are mainly used on the oil-tank of large-scale oil-immersed transformer and reactor.
Should any fault occur inside of the oil-immersed electrical equipment, the oil in tank will be gasified and cause extremely rapid build-up of gascous pressure. The pressure should be released in no time, or it will make the oil tank deformation or even blowout. Installing the pressure relief valve aims to open the relief valve instantly so as to drop down the pressure inside the tank immediately when the pressure rises at the point of opening the relief valve. The pressure relief valve will shut off as soon as the pressure comes down to the point of closing the pressure relief valve and keeps the positive pressure constantly to avoid theexternal air, steam and other impurities entering into the tank. On the condition of guaranteeing all the releasing technical performance data, the directional oil-spraying pressure relief valve is able to spray the oil that is released from transformer directionally, which enters into an oil pool through guide tube, avoid the oil splashing, and meet the requirements of fire-proof and environmental protection.
For the Ф 80mm, Ф 130mm caliber pressure relief valve and the directional oil-spraying pressure relief valve, the user can choose when ordering the product according to the needs(two road electrie signalsystems respectively stand alone the lead-out). The pressure relief valve still can increase the ability of computer electric warning except the ability of the convention electric warning.

NOTE: The release valves of YSF series relays are all equipped with pressure strips at the top of the factory. After installation, remove the pressure strip.
