1. If we send the wrong goods, we can return them for free.
1.1 The dimensions of our delivery are different from the contract drawings and cannot be used;
1.2 Standard product, the model of the product delivered by us is different from that confirmed in the contract and cannot be used;
For discontinued products with updated models, we will confirm with customers in advance.
When our shipper causes a shipping error, the model is incorrect, and the size is incorrect. We will be responsible for the cost of replacing the goods
Under what circumstances, the customer is required to bear the return cost.
2.1 Improper use by the customer causes product damage and requires maintenance. Customers need to bear transportation and maintenance costs.
How to sign for goods?
All the goods we send out, whether express delivery, sea transportation or railway transportation, we buy the cargo transportation insurance.
When receiving the goods, be sure to check whether the outer package is damaged or deformed, In case of the above, be sure to open the package first to confirm whether the internal goods are damaged. If the goods are damaged, please refuse to accept or sign for the damaged goods, and have the courier record the broken situation by taking photos. Then contact us to handle the insurance report for damaged goods.
NOTE: When the packaging of the goods in cardboard boxes or wooden boxes is broken or deformed, please do not sign for it normally, otherwise it will be considered that the goods are in good condition.We will be exempt from liability for damages during transportation of goods.
