The three parameter combination probe (oil level temperature vibration combination) is a non bus structured universal combination probe used by our company in the safety monitoring system of cooling tower fans. It can be connected and used with various universal secondary instruments, or computer data acquisition and control systems (DCS, PLC, etc.).
This combination probe used for safe operation monitoring of wind turbine gearbox integrates sensing, conversion, and transmission circuits for measuring oil temperature, oil level, and vibration signals inside, directly outputting 4-20mA standard current signals corresponding to these safety parameters. It can be connected to various common secondary instruments or computer digital acquisition and monitoring systems.
The probe temperature measurement uses platinum resistance sensors and semiconductor integrated devices; The oil level measurement adopts the principle of capacitive sensing; Sensors used for vibration measurement directly obtain the acceleration signal of mechanical vibration, and through amplifiers, bandpass filters, first-order integration, and true effective value (RMS) converters, convert the vibration waveform within the effective bandwidth to true effective value; The final oil level, temperature, and vibration each generate 4-20mA outputs.
Appearance and installation structure:
The probe is in the form of an external thread and is installed in the threaded installation hole of the fan gearbox. The probe rod is inserted into the gearbox to obtain the lubricating oil temperature, lubricating oil level, and box vibration signals in the gearbox, completing the transmission output. The thread specifications and probe insertion depth need to be declared at the time of ordering.
