Ф80mm、Ф130mm Caliber Pressure Relief Valve And Directional Oil-Spraying Pressure Relief Valve

Pressure relief valves of Φ80mm、Φ130mm are mainly applied to large-size oil-immersed power transformer，power capacitor and electric reactor，etc to release pressure when the pressure of fuel tank exceeds its normal value.

When the internal pressure of the oil tank of the oil immersed power transformer rises sharply due to an accident, if the pressure is not released in time, the oil tank will be deformed or even burst. The pressure relief vaive can be opened quickly when the oil tank pressure rises to its opening pressure value, so that the pressure in the oil tank can be reduced quickly.
When the pressure drops to the closing pressure value of the pressure relief valve, the pressure relief valve is reliably closed to keep the positive pressure in the oil tank forever, effectively preventing external air, water and other impurities from entering the oil tank. The pressure relief valve with directional oil injection device (hereinafter referred to as directional oil injection pressure relief valve) can directionally spray the released transformer oil and introduce it into the oil sump through the oil guide pipe to prevent oil splashing and meet the fire prevention and environmental protection.

Besides the conventional electric alarm signal, pressure relief valves of Φ80mm、
Φ130mm are equipped with computer operating electric alarm signal function to realize dual electric signal output independently. User can choose the functions according to their needs.

Features of Ф 80mm, Ф 130mm caliber pressure relief valve: internal-mounted electric switch, high reliability, no accidental bump and false alarm due to rain and fog, stainless steel casting to ensure the three proofing properties, terminal blocks inside the terminal box to facilitate connection and protective screw outside the terminal box.

Selection of opening pressure

The sealing pressure shall be fully considered in the selection of the opening pressure of the pressure relief valve. The sealing pressure of the pressure relief valve shall be greater than the allowable maximum working pressure of the transformer by 7-1o KPa, which is the primary condition for the selection of the opening pressure of the pressure relief valve.
