Feature
1.All 2-port relief valves (except the pilot relief valve) are interchangeable in size and function (for example, the valves with given overall structure and size have the same flow channel and the same socket)
2.The maximum pressure can be accepted at port 2; It is suitable for application in overflow oil circuit of cross port.
3.The seal of the regulating screw is exposed to the system pressure, which means that the valve can be regulated only when the pressure is removed. The setting process is: check the setting, remove the pressure, adjust the valve and check the new setting.
4.This valve is insensitive to variable fluid temperature and fluid contamination.
5.When selecting the spring range of the relief valve, the target relief setting should be close to the middle range of the minimum and maximum pressure to ensure maximum importance.

7.The back pressure at the oil tank port (port 2) is directly increased to the set value of the valve in a 1:1 ratio.
8.Cartridge valves with EPDM seals can be used in phosphate hydraulic systems. Exposure to petroleum based hydraulic oil or grease can damage the seal ring.
9.Use Sun floating structure to reduce the possibility of internal parts sticking due to excessive installation torque or machining error of socket/cartridge valve

Description of the process
Direct acting relief valve is a normally closed pressure limiting valve, which is often used to protect hydraulic components from the impact of transient pressure. When the pressure reaches the set value of the valve at the inlet (port 1), the valve starts to overflow to the oil tank (port 2) and throttle to limit the pressure rise. These valves have stable regulation, low noise, basically zero leakage, strong oil stain resistance, anti clogging and fast response.
